TREATMENT LIFE EXPECTANCY: External house sprays to treat and control cockroaches, ants and spiders with Termidor Residual Insecticide have a life expectancy of up to three (3) months per the manufacturer, subject to deterioration from UV light, climate, weather and other environmental conditions. Internal house sprays to treat and control cockroaches, ants, spiders, and silverfish with APVMA-approved insecticides have a life expectancy of up to six (6) months. They are subject to deterioration from your housekeeping and household chemicals and other environmental conditions, including UV light exposure.
We only apply the best and safest APVMA-approved insecticides per the product labels. We make no efficacy claims beyond those made by the manufacturers. Additionally, we can use some products once or twice per year per the product label.
WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS: 1) German Cockroaches. 2) Red Imported Fire Ants. 3) Ground-dwelling Spiders, including Funnel Web, Mouse, Trapdoor and Wolf spiders. 4) Hunting Spiders, including the Huntsman and White-tailed spiders. 5) Garden spiders, including Orb-weaver and jumping spiders.
